General Bali Information

The island of Bali has two distinct seasons, which are the rainy or wet season and dry season. The wet season in Bali begins between late October to early April and the dry season in Bali begins from May to September.

Clothes you can wear while on vacation in Bali are dependent on your taste and style. Bali has high humidity and sometimes temperatures are between 26 and 32 degrees. Most visitors will wear a t-shirt and shorts with flip-flops. There will be a dress code in specific places in Bali, such as wearing a sarong and scarf tied on your waist if you want to enter the temples.

Tipping is not common in Bali. As it is a personal matter, travellers are encouraged to tip any amount they feel is appropriate.

Most Balinese who live in a tourist area can speak basic English, and some Balinese are fluent in English. However, if you go to the quieter village side of Bali, you should approach the younger people that you meet, most of the older generation of Balinese are not able to speak English.

The common currency in Bali is Rupiah. Therefore, if you bring US dollars, you should change it first at the money exchange. In most tourist areas f Bali, money exchanges can be easily found.

If you stay more than 3 days in Bali, having a SIM card is recommended. It is quite cheap, and you can choose different data packages, so you do not have to worry about Wi-Fi all the time.

Tours and Transfers Information

Sure, as long as we are notified at least 2 hours before the transfer time, so that we can reschedule with our team / driver.

If you want to reschedule, please notify our representative or call our emergency number to inform us of the new pick up time that you desire.

Changing the pick-up location in the same area is possible, but it has to be confirmed by us. However, if the pick-up location is in a different area than your original booking, an extra charge may apply.

Rescheduling your trip will be possible as long as there is availability on the new date, however if it is fully booked, you might refer to the cancellation terms & conditions first before we agree on the refund process, this can also be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

If you bring any additional items which need extra space in the vehicle, this should be communicated to us at least one day prior to arrival, so that we can prepare the vehicle in advance. For items requiring an extra luggage van to transport them, an additional charge will be applied.

Brief stops are allowed; for instance, to take a photo, change your money at a currency exchange, buy some drinks, or for using the restroom. You are welcome to communicate this to your driver directly.
