Discova’s MICE specialists worked alongside CIEvents with on-site support and operations for the Topdeck Mega Famil Conference, held at the Centara Watergate Pavilion Hotel. This incentive was organised in Bangkok so that Topdeck’s global sales teams could come together, share client experiences and network with one another.  

Key Points

  • Attendees were divided into groups and embarked on a ‘Tuk-Tuk Challenge’ throughout Bangkok. Participants had to solve different clues at five locations in the city and the winning team won a Topdeck branded mini tuk-tuk souvenir. 
     
  • After the teambuilding exercise, attendees were treated to a welcome cocktail party at the IBIS Khao San, organised by the Discova team.
     
  • A farewell dinner was coordinated at the Walk Rooftop Bar. Discova’s MICE specialists were responsible for light and sound installation, branded decorations and entertainment. Due to unforeseen weather conditions, the evening event was successfully moved to another location within the venue.

Thank you again for you and your team’s work on our Mega famil. The response has been overwhelmingly positive and with the exception of a small downpour everything ran perfectly to plan!
