Galle Fort Walking Tour

Galle

Stroll through the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Galle Fort and explore its colonial and historic architecture. From the old fort gate with the British Coat-of-Arms inscribed on it, the Old Dutch Hospital, the clock tower and the light house built in the 1800s, to Dutch colonial style houses, the Dutch Reformed Church, and the National Maritime Museum, this immersive experience will take you back in time. The tour also visits Galle Vegetable and Fish Market situated in the city centre to observe the bustling local life. After spending several hours on foot, end the trip with a refreshing coconut and a traditional Sri Lankan lunch.
