7-day travel cancellation policy with Discova

Peace of mind with Discova’s revised 7-day cancellation policy

We hope you are well and staying healthy in the current environment. Whilst borders are still closed in many countries around the world, we want to boost customer confidence to book into 2021 by extending our 7-day cancellation policy for our Asian destinations for the whole of 2021!

New bookings FIT/Tailor Made

For new FIT bookings made between 18th March and 31st December 2020, for travel to Asia from 1st June 2020 to 31st December 2021 we will adjust the cancellation policy to a full refund within 7 days of departure. Please note, this is strictly based on services that will work with us on our 7 day policy and is season dependent. Full details will be confirmed at booking stage.

GIT/Groups

GIT cancellation terms are being handled on a case by case basis with our partners, we will endeavour to offer the most flexible cancellation terms dependent on services being provided. Please speak to your BDM/Account Manager for further information.

Existing bookings not yet travelled FIT/Tailormade

For existing bookings travelling to Asia between 1st April and 30th November 2020, you can postpone your customers’ travel plans by up to 18 months from the original travel date with no admin charges – original cancellation dates will apply. If you want to cancel, standard booking conditions will apply.

We hope these extensions give your customers confidence to travel and book now, we look forward to working closely with you going forward. Thank you for your continued support and feel free to reach out to us anytime!
