Providing Extra Support for Partners – Extending Our Cancellation Policy

As we prepare for another year in the industry characterised by uncertainty, we know that travellers may need a little encouragement to make bookings.  

For our partners, we know that every little helps when it comes to tools, services, and incentives that may help to convert enquiries into bookings. 

That’s why we’ve extended our 7-day cancellation policy for travel until 31st December 2023. 

We see this step as a necessary and helpful building block on the path back to normality. We want to give your customers the flexibility to plan and get excited about their future adventures.  This measure should enable our partners to continue to book travel and, ultimately, serve their customers.

7-day cancellation period extended until 31st December 2023…

Dear Valued Partner,

As we transition into a new year, it is common to hope for new beginnings, to turn over a new leaf and start fresh. Unfortunately, a fresh start for the travel industry still seems just a little out of reach, with circumstances out of our control leaving customers understandably wary.

Nevertheless, there are positives – we are seeing lots of enquiry for our destinations in Asia, particularly for Thailand, Japan and Bali, and our operations in Mexico, Costa Rica, and the Dominican Republic continue to grow and have been operating at strong volumes for the last year.

To help convert those tentative enquiries into bookings, we have extended the book by window until the end of June 2022 on our 7-day cancellation policy.

New tailor made bookings:

For new tailor made bookings made between 1st January 2022 – 30th June 2022, for travel until 31st December 2023, we will adjust the cancellation policy to a full refund when cancelled 7 days outside of departure.

Please note, this is strictly based on services that will work with us on our 7-day policy and may not be available on your preferred service and is season dependant. Full details will be confirmed at the booking stage; please let us know if you require a 7-day cancellation period at the time of enquiry so we can select the right services for you.
