Working directly with our operations and product departments (as well as local guides) the client experience team tracks feedback, trains guides, and helps improve product and services for tailor-made touring. For group series, our product teams will contract special group touring rates on your behalf for hotels, transport and experiences. Our operations team ensures a seamless experience for your groups, from the first airport welcome to the farewell dinner. Our reservation and operations teams work in tandem to provide you with a sense of wellbeing for your bespoke group tours.
